Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls or attend incoming calls from customers
- Explain company products or services clearly
- Answer customer queries and provide correct information
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily or monthly call targets
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Tamil required, English basic)
- Polite and confident speaking ability
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle calls patiently
Working Hours
- 8–9 hours per day
- Weekly 1 day off
Salary
- ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
- Incentives available for good performance
